I love vibrant colours, interesting shapes and fine detail, and love to apply all three in my jewellery. Polymer clay is a fantastic medium offering limitless opportunity to mimic the natural world or create outrageous patterns, colours and effects. I mix the clay with silver, gold leaf, wire, found objects, anything really. Everything around me offers inspiration – new ideas for jewellery, or embellishments or even tools.
As well as jewellery, I sometimes knit colourful scarves and hats decorated with my own buttons and brooches.
